Bright red cherry, wild herbs and a velvet-soft finish

Vintage 2023 · Dry red
Bursting with bright red cherry, wild herbs, and a hint of baking spice, all wrapped up in a surprisingly soft, velvety-smooth finish. Perfectly dry and incredibly drinkable.
How it drinks
Suggested pairings
Tomato, basil and a blistered crust bring out the bright cherry.
The wine's lift keeps up with a rich tomato sauce.
Rosemary and thyme echo the wild-herb notes.
Salty, nutty cheese against soft red fruit.
Temperature
Serve slightly below room temperature, around 60–65°F.
Decanting
A decant of 20 minutes opens the aromatics.
Glassware
A generous, tulip-shaped red wine glass lets the aromas gather.
