Terms of Use

These terms apply to Wine Ratings at glaciervineyard.com/ratings/ (“Wine Ratings”, “we”, “us”), run by Glacier Rock Vineyard. By creating an account or using Wine Ratings, you agree to them.

Who can join

• You must be of legal drinking age, 21 or older, to create an account. You confirm this when you sign up.
• Give accurate details, including your experience level and the country you live in.
• Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Usernames that impersonate someone, or are offensive, may be changed or removed.

What you post

• Ratings, tasting notes, pairings and comments you post are yours. You give Glacier Rock Vineyard permission to show, store and organize them on Wine Ratings, alongside your username, experience level and country.
• Rate wines you have tasted, in your own words. Don’t copy other people’s reviews or tasting notes.
• No harassment, hate, spam, advertising, illegal content, or personal information about other people.
• We may hide or remove ratings and comments that break these terms, and suspend or close accounts that do so repeatedly.
• Ratings and tasting notes are members’ opinions, not ours.

The wines

• Members add the wines listed here. Their details may be incomplete or wrong; our moderators may correct them, combine duplicates, and remove wines no one has rated.
• Glacier Rock Vineyard makes two of the wines listed here, marked “From our cellar”. Their ratings come from members, like every other wine’s, and we never change a member’s rating.

Enjoy responsibly

Wine Ratings is for adults who enjoy wine. Please drink responsibly, and never drink and drive.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We can close accounts that break these terms.

The service

Wine Ratings is provided as it is. Features may change, and it may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from your use of it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell members by email or on the site before it takes effect.
